Originally from Kenya, educated in the UK, and now based in Barcelona, Zara’s international experience and background gives her a unique perspective on the global talent landscape. Zara has developed deep networks across the globe, with a particular passion and interest in emerging markets but not limited to, having worked on roles in every major geography.
