Paul Loftus is the Co-founder and Executive Chair of Loftus Bradford, bringing over 25 years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory. Known for his instinct for talent and long-term thinking, Paul has built a reputation for placing senior executives such as CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CROs and CHROs that thrive both in terms of performance and cultural fit.

Born in Dublin in 1969, Paul studied Business and Marketing before leaving Ireland to explore opportunities in the United States. There, he worked across industries, painting houses in Boston, waiting tables in Ocean City and fishing commercially off the East Coast. These experiences shaped his understanding of resilience, leadership and hard work.

After a successful career in recruitment with both boutique firms and global players, Paul co-founded Loftus Bradford in 2010 with his wife, Jennifer Bradford. From the outset, they were committed to building a firm grounded in integrity, transparency and long-term success for clients, candidates and their own team.

Over the past decade, Paul has developed strong partnerships with some of the world’s most recognised brands in Consumer Goods, Retail and Technology. His global outlook and hands-on approach have seen him lead successful searches across EMEA, APAC and North America.

Now as Executive Chair, Paul continues to guide the strategic direction of the firm while mentoring the next generation of leadership within Loftus Bradford. His values are relationship-driven, results-focused and built for the long term, remain at the heart of everything we do.
